NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014116 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2005, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-E, is Plaintiff and LISA CLARK, et.al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 8, ERLE RENWICK NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LOCATED: 2510 56TH AVENUE NORTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33714
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
