NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 17, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-013361-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and JAMES BARSTOW, LORI BARSTOW, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, INC. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of August, 2012 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 130, TARA CAY SOUND SOUTH VILLAGE, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE 77-80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true and correct copy of the foregoing was mailed this 7th day of August, 2012, to all parties on the attached service list.
