YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a foreclosure action has been filed against you by Plaintiff, LNV CORPORATION, a Nevada corporation, seeking to foreclose a mortgage lien interest in the real property more particularly described as:
The South 65 feet of Lot 16 and all of Lot 17, Block 1, BEACHTON PARK, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 24, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida.
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Stephanie M. Martin, Esq., Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 101 E. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 4000 Tampa, Florida 33602, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
