NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 27, 2012, and entered in 2008 CA 007745 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATESHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-16, is the Plaintiff and BRANDON MUMM; KRYSTAL MORRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRANDON MUMM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE KRYSTAL MORRIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 AND THE SOUTH 25 FEET LOT 3, BLOCK B, VIERHOUT'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS PORTION THEREOF INCLUDED IN RIGHT-OF WAY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 4, 13.00 FEET EAST OF THE SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE NORTH 0° 18' EAST, 150 FEET TO A POINT IN THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 2, BLOCK B, 14.31 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 2, 14.31 FEET TO THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOTS 2, 3 AND 4, 150.0 FEET TO THE SW CORNER OF LOT 4; THENCE EAST, 13.00 FEET TO THE P.O.B.
