Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 18, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 7, BLOCK A, WINDANCE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 94 THROUGH 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE N 41 DEGREES 50'00” W, 309.10 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 7 TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE S 89 DEGREES 41'10” E, 84.24 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE S 27 DEGREES 56'37” E, 260.18 FEET ALONG A NON-RADIAL LINE TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 7 AND THE AFOREMENTIONED POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 11023 8TH AVE E , BRADENTON, FL 34212; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on August 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
