NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-011053 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust, Series 2005-3, Plaintiff and Marcey J. Miller a/k/a Marcey D. Miller are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, KIRKHAVEN, UNIT NO. 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
