NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-011963 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Trust 2006-4, Plaintiff and Tina M. Koblect a/k/a Tina Koblect are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on August 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, LESS THE NORTH 29.00 FEET THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT 5, BLOCK D, THE VILLAGES OF LAKESIDE SOUTH, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
