Final Judgment was awarded on June 8, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 41 2008 CA 010965, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN BOTERO; ANGELA M. QUINTANA; COLONIAL BANK NA; COURTYARD SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; BANK OF AMERICA NA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on September 6, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7, COURTYARD SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1003, PAGES 1982 THROUGH 2042 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 144 THROUGH 146, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
