YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property located at 2906 23rd Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, in Manatee County, Florida, has been filed against you. The real property is more particularly described as:
Lot 3 of HIBISCUS PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 20 and 21, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to such action on Jennifer M. LaRocco, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Barnes Walker, Goethe, & Hoonhout, Chartered, 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, on or before SEPTEMBER 19 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
