NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on a Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 006213 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 24th day of August, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5105, BUILDING 5, BAY POINTE AT CORTEZ, PHASE 3, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1990, PAGE 5940, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE NUMBER 5105 AND CARPORT NUMBER 36.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
