Smith, Jr., Kathy Smith, Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 29th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
