Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case Number 2012 CA 002759, in the Circuit Court of MANATEE, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Lot 98 RIVERBAY TOWNHOMES, Phase Three, a Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Pages 160 through 165 inclusive, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on September 6, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
