NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 2, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-001288-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for IXIS Real Estate Capital Trust 2005-HE4, Plaintiff and Kevin K. Hampel a/k/a Kevin Hampel are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on August 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, SHADOW RUN, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
