NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-005376-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2009-2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and YVETTE GONZALEZ; RONALD J. GONZALEZ; IVY LAKE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCO CROSSING MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; CAPITAL POOLS AND SPAS, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 6, IVY LAKE ESTATES-PARCELONE -PHASEONE AS PEPLAT THEREOF , RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 14 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
