NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004801-ESJ1, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and DHARMA DEONARAIN; SUSHILA DEONARAIN; THE MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HIMES ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, BLOCK 24, MEADOW POINTE III PARCEL “FF” & “OO”, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 26-39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
