NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001144-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPRING HAVEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CLEMETTE SATURNINO N/K/A CLEMETTE MCCARTHY, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit 6, Building 6, SPRING HAVEN CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 1368, page 1636, and amendment in OR Book 1892, Page 1198, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, page 39, Pasco County, Florida, and all subsequent amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
