NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-006858-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and MARITZA C. FERNANDEZ; LUIS A. FERNANDEZ; MARIA J. DONOSO; CHAPEL PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 5th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
