NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2011-CA-004439ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JEFFERY E. ROBERTS, BARBARA E. ROBERTS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100011507713225430), GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION INC., TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 5th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 4, GRAND OAKS PHASE 2, UNITS 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
