NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 27, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 51-2010-CA-001917-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and CLEMENCIA GOMEZ; JOSE HERNANDEZ; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; LAKE BERNADETTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SYRICA MCCOOK are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on August 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
