NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-011072ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOHN BRAY A/K/A JOHN D BRAY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; DEBORAH BRAY A/K/A DEBORAH R BRAY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of August, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 BLOCK 8 CONNERS LAKE FRONT ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 PAGE 60 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA AND SUBJECT TO ADDENDUM TO PLAT AS RECORDED MAY 26, 1953 IN DEEDD BOOK 177 PAGE 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
