NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-003929ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ANNETTE WASKIEWICZ; DENNIS WASKIEWICZ; PHYLLIS GEISSLER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of August, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
