Gray Street in THE LYONS COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION recorded in Plat Book 2 on Page 39, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, between Orange Avenue on the East and an unnamed avenue on the West, and lying and being between Lots 3 and 4 of Block G and Lots 1 and 6 of Block l of said subdivision.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
