NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-3268ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and CLARA PENALVER A/K/A CLARA I. PENALVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLARA PENALVER A/K/A CLARA I. PENALVER IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEE OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOES AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 103, OF TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
