Moroney and Nanci A. Moroney a/k/a Nancy A. Moroney, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on August 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 526, THREE OAKS, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 40, 40A TO 40D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
