NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009115- NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for OMAC 2005-4, Plaintiff and Regina M. Swilley are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on August 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, PINE VALLEY RANCHES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 24 AND 24A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
