Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
The North 56.55 feet of Unit 135, and the South 2.30 feet of Unit 136, Tangerine Woods Condominium, Section I, Phase I, a Condominium together with appurtenant undivided share in the undivided share of common elements according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1611, Page 1605 through 1671, inclusive, as amended and according to the Condominium Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 20, Pages 33 through 33E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1986 Fleetcraft Mobile Home located thereon as a fixture and appurtenance thereto: VIN #FLFL3386A and #FLFL3386B
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on August 29, 2012. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
