NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated July 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-015756-NC Div. A of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE F.S.B. F/K/A WORLD SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL W. SCHWEICKHARDT, RAMONA SCHWEICKHARDT are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on SEPTEMBER 27, 2012, at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
A Parcel of land located in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida, and known as being Lot Number 23, Block E, in GEORGETOWNE SUBDIVISION, UNIT II, as shown in the recorded plat/map thereof in Plat Book 27, Page 5 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
