NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019944 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and ALYSSA MARIEN DASPIT A/K/A ALYSSA MARIEN; HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE OF SARASOTA, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL LLC (FKA HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK INC); WALTER DASPIT III; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2709-B HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1368 PAGE 1482 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14 PAGES 16 AND 16A THROUGH 16H INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
