NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 016669 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and ROBERT S. BLAZEKOVIC A/K/A ROBERT BLAZEKOVIC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRY WIDE HOME LOANS, INC; KAMI KAE BLAZEKOVIC A/K/A KAMI K. BLAZEKOVIC; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1032, TWENTY-FOURTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, 14A THROUGH 14M, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
