NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of July 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 020963 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. is the Plaintiff and JOSE F. BUITRAGO, BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WAHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, MARIA P. BUITRAGO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of August 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 416, OF BENEVA RIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE (S) 26, 26A AND 26B, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1140, PAGE (S) 1097 THROUGH 1145,INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
