NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 26th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006061 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SCOTT JOHNSON; CLERK OF THE COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; FLORIDA CENTRAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; KATHRYN JOHNSON; MONICA JOHNSON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK “B”, LONG MEADOW, SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
