DEBRA JO FENNER, deceased, and any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against DEBRA JO FENNER and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ('MERS”) AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2012 CC 000460 NC, in the County Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 7103, TALLYWOOD, PHASE I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 1368 page 613, as amended in O.R. Book 1414, page 461 and O.R. Book 1449, page 893, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 14, pages 13, 13A through 13E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on August 31, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
