NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-002167, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and JORGE MORENO; LAZARA MARTINEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, BLOCK 4, OF NORTWEST PARK UNIT NO.2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
