NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to and Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-21081 DIV K UCN: 292010CA021081XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and SILVINA IGLESIAS; ANTHONY K. HEINRICHERBEN; WINDSOR NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION , INC.; TAMPA PALMS NORTH OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC., MIN NO. 100062604719241756; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, TAMPA PALMS AREA 4 PARCEL 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
