LEZAMA; DAVILLE LEZAMA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC., A NORTH CAROLINA CORPORATION MIN #:100077910005311986; TARGET NATIONAL BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m on the 16th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTHWESTERLY 54 FEET OF LOT 11 AND THE SOUTHEASTERLY 23 FEET OF LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 32, GOLFLAND RESUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 47 AND 47A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 11 AND RUN THENCE SOUTH 30 DEG., 37 MIN., EAST, 54 FEET, ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 11; THENCE NORTH 59 DEG., 23 MIN., EAST, 130 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 11; THENCE NORTH 30 DEG., 37 MIN., WEST, 54 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 11; THENCE NORTH 30 DEG., 37 MIN., WEST, 23 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTH 59 DEG., 23 MIN., WEST, 130 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE SOUTH 30 DEG., 37 MIN., EAST, 23 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
