NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-000439, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and HYOUNG J. PARK A/K/A HYOUNG JIN PARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE HYOUNG J. PARK A/K/A HYOUNG JIN PARK A/K/A YOUNG PARK; SHELDON CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35 IN SHELDON CREEK ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108 PAGES 49 THROUGH 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
