Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on July 17, 2012, in Case No.: 2010-CA-023440, of the Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., as successor-by-merger to M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, a Wisconsin state banking corporation, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY PITTS and JENNIFER L. KING are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, Rm. 202 at 10:00 a.m., on September 10, 2012, the following described property, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 31, Block 1 of TEMPLE OAKS II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 64, Page(s) 1, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
