YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Avila Property Owners' Association, Inc. has filed an action against you in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County to foreclose a lien on real property located and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, and described as follows:
Parcel 1:
From the most northwesterly corner of Block 9, Avila Unit 1, as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 21 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence S 13 degrees 35' 29” E, 30.00 feet along the southerly boundary of said Block 9 and the northerly right-of-way line of Guisando Avenue; thence southeasterly, 268.90 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 300.00 feet (chord bearing S 39 degrees 16' 11” E, 259.99 feet) along the southerly boundary of said Block 9 and the northerly right-of-way line of said Guisando Avenue to the Point of Beginning; thence N 25 degrees 03' 06” E, 150.00 feet; thence southeasterly, 29.72 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 150.00 feet (chord bearing S 70 degrees 37' 26” E, 29.67 feet) along the northerly boundary of said Block 9; thence S 13 degrees 42' 02” W, 150.00 feet; thence northwesterly, 59.43 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 300.00 feet (chord bearing N 70 degrees 37' 26” W, 59.34 feet) along the southerly boundary of said Block 9 and the northerly right-of-way line of Guisando Avenue to the Point of Beginning; being part of Block 9 of Avila Unit No. 1.

From the most northwesterly corner of Block 9, Avila Unit 1, as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 21 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence S 13 degrees 35' 29” E, 30.00 feet along the southerly boundary of said Block 9 and the northerly right-of-way line of Guisando Avenue; thence southeasterly 328.34 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 300.00 feet (chord bearing S 44 degrees 56' 45” E, 312.20 feet) along the southerly boundary of said Block 9 and the northerly right-of-way line of said Guisando Avenue to the Point of Beginning; thence N 13 degrees 42' 02” E, 150.00 feet; thence S 05 degrees 52' 47” E, 77.06 feet; thence S 00 degrees 00' 22” W, 26.08 feet; thence S 06 degrees 20' 46” W, 50.00 feet; thence northwesterly 38.51 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 300.00 feet and a central angle of 07 degrees 21' 15” (chord bearing N 79 degrees 58' 36” W, 38.48 feet) along the southerly boundary of said Block 9 and the northerly right-of-way line of Guisando Avenue to the Point of Beginning.
