NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 13th day of September 2012, at 10am on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 91, SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE, according to the map or plat there as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Less that part described as follows:
Commence at the common corner between Lots 91 and 92 of said Springwood Village on the Northwesterly right of way boundary of Springwood Drive: thence along the common boundary between said Lots 91 and 92. North 50° 03', 29”, West 46.50 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue along said common boundary the following calls: North 50°, 03'29 boundary; West 4.17 feet South 84 deg., 56 min., 31 sec., West 14.14 feet; thence leaving said common boundary: South 85 deg., 16 min., 10 sec., East 17.34 feet to the Point of Beginning.
And that part of Lot 90 of said SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE described as follows:
Commence at the common corner between said Lots 90 and 91 and the Northwesterly right of way boundary for Springwood Drive; thence along the common boundary between Lots 90 and 91, North 50°, 03' 29” West, 46.50 feet for a Point of Beginning, thence continue along said common boundary the following calls: North 50°, 03' 29” West 4.17 feet, South 84°, 56' 31”, West 14.14 feet. Thence leaving said common boundary, South 85°, 16' 10”, East 17.34 feet to the point of beginning.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
