NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007684 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MOHAN RAM, TAJWATIE BHAGWANDASS, SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 10, 2012, at 10:00 AM at 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 27, Block 3 of SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, Tract 11, Phase 1 and 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 98 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
