NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-018137, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and CARLTON T. ELLIS; ERIC J. KUSKE; CASSANDRA ABRAMS-ELLIS; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 232 BELMONT HEIGHTS NO.2 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
