Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
TRACT 2, BLOCK 31, TROPICAL ACRES UNIT 5A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1992 MERRIT 64X13 ID# FLHMBC44131892A / FLHMBC44131892B.
and commonly known as: 12904 Lovers Lane, Riverview, Florida 33579, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on October 16, 2012 at 10:00 A.M., after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com. The purchaser of the property shall be required to pay the electronic sales fee assess in accordance with section 45.035(3), Florida Statutes. The Clerk will not issue the Certificate of Title if the electronic sales fee is not paid.
