NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2012, and entered in 29-2010-CA-008592 DIV H of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and JORGE MARTINEZ; JULIANITA RODRIGUEZ; CRISTINA PHASE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; FLOR MONTES DE OCA; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; GILBERTO LLANES; MARGARITA CURBELO; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JANE DOE N/K/A DORA FREIDMAN are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on September 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 5, CRISTINA PHASE II - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
