NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2012, and entered in 11014393 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB., is the Plaintiff and LINDA HELEN HOWELL A/K/A LINDA H. HOWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA HELEN HOWELL A/K/A LINDA H. HOWELL N/K/A JOHN DOE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00 P.M. on September 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PART OF LOT 4, BLOCK 2, OAK VIEW TERRACE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56 PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE N. 85 DEGREES 35' 00” E, 30.26 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE S. 41.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 4.5 FEET, THENCE S 133.61 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4, THENCE S. 44 DEGREES 28” 28' W, 49.48 FEET, ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, THENCE N. 207.75 FEET ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
