NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2010, and entered in 29-2009-CA-007346 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ISABEL D. ROJAS; PAUL MCDONALD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR STERNS LENDING, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NKA ALEJANDRO ROJAS; BLOOMINGDALE RIDGE/BRANDON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on September 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wi:
LOT 12, BLOOMINGDALE RIDGE PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
