NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009612 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is Plaintiff and JANET E. SUAREZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES INC.; CYPRESS SPRINGS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, CYPRESS SPRINGS UNIT 3, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 126 THROUGH 128, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
