NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-10232, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and PAULA A. JOHNSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR ALLIED MORTGAGE GROUP, INC.; THE VILLAS AT EAST PARK CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JUSTINO RIVERA; JANE DOE N/K/A IVELISSE JIMINEZ; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAULA A. JOHNSON N/K/A DELROY JOHNSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of September, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 21B, OF THE VILLAS AT EAST PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8809, PAGE 1002, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
