NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009943-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK FSB is Plaintiff and GERTRUDE Z. BRUN; JEAN M. BRUN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ANDOVER LAKES, PHASE 3 HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, ANDOVER LAKES - PHASE 3B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 20 THROUGH 23, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
