BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and JESSE J. PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSE J. PEREZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HIDDEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA-DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 100, BUILDING 6A, HIDDEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3400, PAGE 281 THROUGH 385 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
