commence at the southeast corner of said block “b”; thence along the east line of said lot 1, north 00 degrees 06'11” west, 60.22 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 46 degrees 14'43” west, 69.04 feet to a point on the west line of said lot 1; thence along said west line north 00 degrees 05'35” west, 149.80 feet to the northwest corner of said lot 1; thence along the north line of said block “b” north 88 degrees 05'39” east, 49.95 feet to the northeast corner of block “b”; thence along the east line of said block “b” south 00 degrees 06'11” east, 103.72 feet to the point of beginning.

and commonly known as: 182 n lakeshore dr, ocoee, fl 34761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on October 1, 2012 at 11 A.M.
